As part of the fundraising activities for the Irish cancer association, we will be hosting an afternoon of acoustic music in the Bridgebrook Arms (Barry's) in the beer garden in Thomastown on Saturday the 21st of July at 4pm a number of acts will be playing including Vickers Vimy from Galway, Luca, Reverie and Paul Derby and we are delighted to announce that DARA will also be part of the line up playing a solo acoustic set,

Reverie will be playing on the main stage for international night at the Ballina Arts festival http://www.ballinastreetfestival.ie/artists.html on the 9th July 2006. we will be posting more gigs soon.

We had a great time playing on the main stage at the Welsh Celtic Roots Festival www.celticbluerock.org.uk, big thanks to Rob and the organising committee for inviting us to play at what can only be described as a spectacular event.......we will be adding some pic's to the gallery soon.

We will be playing at our first UK festival on the 6th of August in Wales, we were supposed to be playing on the acoustic stage but just got news that our slot has be moved to the main stage so we are really excited about that for more details check out the festival website at www.celticbluerock.org.uk The reverie camping tent is presently being prepared.....
Thank you everyone who came to support us in the Greenroom on the 30th of June we had a great night, also a special thanks to Max Greenwood for playing it was a real pleasure having him their, Max is the piano player for Tom Baxter and is in the process of launching his debut ep.......
We will be playing on the 6th of July as part of the On The Verge Showcase in the Sine e in Dublin, also on the 8th of July we will play our first gig in Quatro ( Co. Mayo ) on the first day of the Salmon Festival, we will als play in the Beach bar Aughris Co. Sligo on Sat the 9th of July. on August 6th we will be travelling across the water to play at the Celtic Roots festival in Pembrookshire on the 6th of August followed by a yet to be confirmed date in London that week.
We will have our first headline in Dublins '' Greenroom'' in the Holiday Inn on the 30th of June with some very special guests, We will also be live on ''On the Verge'' 104 Dublin South on thursday the 16th,

We will support Mick Hanly on his two Dublin dates on the 2nd and 9th of June in the Green Room on Pearse st, we will also be interviewed live on 104fm on the verge on thursday the 16th of June with host Brendan.We will also be playing in Mayo in July. The date for Whelans ( Wexford street ) gig has been changed to September, the instore performance in Tower records is going ahead at 3pm on Sun 15th followed by a gig in the Crawdaddy thearte formely the POD ( Dublin ) supporting EZIO www.ezio.co.uk we will also supporting EZIO in Nancy Spains in Cork the previous night 14th May and a debut appearance in the International Bar ( May 16th ) and the Green Room ( Holiday Inn, Dublin ) on June the 30th. ......for more new dates check out gigs

Big thanks to invocal and Stevie Jone's band, really enjoyed the gigs in Northamton, we will be playing some more gigs in the UK in August i.e. ( Wales. Bristol and possibly 1 gig in LONDON ),
reverie will be interviewed live on 104fm ( Dublin South ) on thursday the 28th of April 2005, followed by a gig in the Viper room on Aston Quay, Dublin that night.
We will play our first gig in Whelans of Wexford street, Dublin, in May 2005 with an instore gig in Tower records Dublin confirmed for 3pm on Sunday the 15th of May. ( ''faded windows is now also available in ''Tower records'' in Dublin ) other new dates added include an appearance in the International bar in Dublins city center on Monday May 16th, for more information check out gigs on the tool bar.

Myra was called up on stage to sing , by Mark Geary, at his recent sold-out performance in Whelans on the 16th of Feb last.The song was "Adam and Eve", a well-known track from Mark's debut album "33 1/3 Grand St" and came after Mundy's guest appearance during the encore part of the show!!
We will also be playing in the Viper Room, on Aston quay in Dublin on 28th of April, 2005. We are in the process of confirming more gigs including another gig in Cleere's theatre, Kilkenny,on the 7th of May.We have already got some dates for the UK finalised for March 2005,for further details check out gigs on the toolbar.

The launch date for reveries debut album has been set for Friday 22 of October 2004 in the Ridgepool hotel in Ballina, County Mayo with special guests Wishbox one of the south east most original accoustic acts, & Jim Walshe one of Ballina's most seasoned accoustic performers. Reverie are an acoustic group and based in Kilkenny and have been together for over two 1/2 years. They are made up of Russ Ryan ( Vocals, Guitar, and Harmonica )
and Myra Walshe ( Vocals and Accoustic Guitar ) and Paul Derby,(Piano and Guitar). Reverie have recently recorded their debut album 'faded windows' which is presently in the process of being released independently.
In 2002 Reverie had two of their songs 'Tarot Card' and 'Reverie' shortlisted for the Hotpress Singer songwriter national competition.
