Biography

Myra & Russ both hail from Ballina in County Mayo and are now based in Kilkenny, Myra is a nurse by day but has a passion for music which takes up most of her spare time, Russ has been working around the country as a community development worker,and now based in Thomastown in County Kilkenny......They have known each other for years growing up in the same town in the west of Ireland. Having similar tastes in music and being prone to writing songs they decided to concentrate their energies into recording ''faded windows'' under the reverie banner , Reverie have shared the stage with the Hot House Flowers, Mark Geary, Rodriguez Y Gabriella, Declan O'Rourke, Mundy, Jerry Fish and the Mudbug Club and have supported the likes Damien Rice, EZIO, and Mick Hanley.

Reverie are ably assisted by the drumming talents of Stephen Dwane, who also hails from Ballina.
